I'm back again, writing about Cell C's poor service. Despite providing three contact numbers my work number, work cell, and personal phone Cell C insists on calling the one I can't answer during work hours. Every time I miss their call, they close my case and issue a new reference number, further delaying my refund.

I've been waiting for my R1000 refund since October 2024, and I'm now on my third reference number with no resolution. This is unacceptable. Stop stalling and process my refund immediately!
