Yet again overpromised / **** to by Cell C, overcharged to the value of R1400.00.

I complained a number of times about the customer service at Cell C. Overcharged more than once ( to the value of R1400.00). Promised a refund more than once, the last time less than two weeks ago, but still it doesnt stop !! What is going on at Cell C ! I was phoned by Patrick from Cell C a week or so ago, promised that the issue was resolved and I would receive the R1400 refund into my account within a few days, with this months subscription being deducted from the refund amount etc ! But yet again the deduction of my two Cell C accounts came as no surprise ! Cell C.... you are interfering with my Budget this better stop or I will take this to court and you will pay the Legal fees and pay for my inconvenience as well ! Should you phone me again, please note (the same as you) that all my calls are being recorded and I have all our discussions available should anyone need them ! Get this issue resolved once and for all ! This is the most pathetic excuse of a service provider ! If this issue is not resolved in full (refunds etc) before Thursday 5 May 2016 I will start with Legal procedings. I have given you more than enough time to sort out your internal stuff ups !!!
