Yet Again A let down!

My phone was ****** on Tuesday evening 25/08/2015. I phoned Cell C and had the old sim card blocked. I phoned at 8:23 am on Wednesday 26/08/2015 to do a sim swap. This time I was told I would be contacted within 8 hours as the sim swap division was very busy so I waited until 4:45pm and called back only this time they are so busy the wait is now 8 - 24 hours which is a joke as the time before I was told they close at 5pm. Now it is 9:45 am on Thursday 27/08/2015 and still nothing... That to me makes it over 24 hours.<br> <br> I did a sim swap over 2 weeks ago and that took 3 days as it was over the weekend and this so called sim swap division does not work weekends. If they so busy why cant they work later than 5 pm. So even just to do a sim swap it must take days and not hours. Why can this company never just tell me one thing and stick to it?
