Yet Again
I contacted the customer services on Thursday 20 November at 17:30, was given a reference number - ***, was told i will receive feedback in 24 Hours. its been 5 days x 24 hours = 120 hours and still no feedback.<br> i had this problem last month and yet again.<br> Really now? Is this how you treat your customers Cell C?
