I'm so disgusted in cell C they are a bunch of ******...... I wont recommend any one to them.... And I will never ever take out a contract again by them....ive stopped my contract a month before.... Contract stopped in October..... Monthly payment was R379 on the 15th each month... In November they deducted a R679 and after the 15 I've received a msg again that December payment is R322. 51 I've called cellc customer care service twicebin the same Month of November and I've spoke to 2 agents at different dates and both told me that is money that their must refund me back.... And I've asked them they must just make sure is my contract stopped by them because I'm gonna stop the debit order aswell at my bank... They told me yes its stopped... Today on the 20.12.23 I've called again because its almost 2 weeks now I'm waiting on the refund the agent of cell C told my they have took the Refund for December payment.... How the F**** can they still take money from me for a contract that stopped in October already... I'm so furious at cellc..... I'm gonna take futher steps with them and exposed them.... And for their information they must go back to the recordings where the 2 agents told me that they must refund me.... Because when they mos phone you then they record every thing
