yeat another problem with CELL C

I have two cell c contracts with cell c of which the previous phone was lost- the ********** 528, and I got a new contract, current number ********** 480. I recently lost my phone and blocked it. I was advised by my insurance that I was not allowed to remove the sim-084 number, as I would have problems with them when claiming. so I was not able to insert my sim for the 072 number. ive paid Cell c every month with no default, I call them today to do sim swops on the number I lost, the 084, which was not a hassle and my damaged sim, the 072, which was a major problem. in all honesty im very angry that you want me to pay R114, on top of the premium that I pay that I have not been using but paying, to get a sim swop for a sim that is not lost but damaged, that I could not use because hand set does not support two sim cards, and could not place in the hand set that I was using because my insurance did not allow me to do so. They want their money every single month of which I signed an agreement to do so but will only give me a sim swop if I pay R114, on top of that I need to pay R1499.85 for access on a phone that is covered for R9999.99. that excess is what you would pay for a car, but fine, i'll pay it. but that R114 to get my number is utter nonsense, I pay you every single month for your team leaders and consultants not to be willing to assist. Oh thobeka nzuza and her team leader tshepo selokela were of no help, not even willing to give me Mohammed Cassiem manager.i cant even type the full story because im livid with Cell c and its bad service and their unwillingness to ever assist with anything.
