Yearly price increase on a 24 month contract

Good Day

Cell C offers contract over 24 months. However, they premium increase yearly. In the inception of my contract, I was paying R229. February 2015, premium increased by R33.28 without me being informed.

Please explain how the fee increases yearly if it is a 24 month contract. R229 should be the subscription amount for the full term of the contract..

What is the point of taking a contract is the terms/fees change? False advertising!! One might as well use prepaid airtime which is more logical than to pay for increasing subscription fees!!!
Contract Number: ***.

Regards
Sean Govender
