i am so disappointed to Cell C I got a call the sales guy services was 100% his name is Mbogeni until he signed the deal. i bought TV worth R14 000.00 which i thought its a good deal since i cant afford to buy cash and i need a TV however i went to Game and Makro they couldn't activate the voucher i phoned the sales guy he promised to assist on Monday ,i never got call, Tuesday i phoned he explained that he has been off sick which i understand and he still gave me the number to dial Cell C directly i was put from pillar to post which every time i had to explained myself hoping to get help no one seemed to knew which department would assist. Mbongeni got back on Thursday never bothered to call me on Friday he sent an email to ask what time should he phones me i said anytime after12 which also he never phoned. on Monday i sent an email then he phoned me but then it was too late had already realized that service at Cell C sucks also there is no sense of agency for nothing its been 2full weeks since i have this voucher in my bag which i don't need anymore because i feel i want to pay for service and appreciate it instead i don't think Cell C priories their customers.... I am unhappy customer
