Wrongly entered me in contact I did not agreed on.

I had a call from a sales consultant by the name of Annie Mesa on 07/12/2018 in regards with my cell c contract. The contract expired in January 2019. I explained to her that I do not want my contract to be renewed again for 24 months and do not want a new phone at that stage. I wanted and agreed to n month to month TOP UP and pay as you go cell phone line I could load airtime as I decide. To my shock I discovered that I pay more than I used to and the money deducted from my account. I was told that I can cancel or change at any stage. Now I visited the local Cell C shop, only to find out that she registered me on a 24 month contract. This is not what I agreed upon. They sent me a simcard that I never used.

I am not happy with the service. I recieved a call with an appolige and promised that the problem is solved and I will recieve a call today from the sales department to fix the problem and offer me a new contract. I only recieved a sms with a special thats running from 17 -19 April... No call? I left work early to visit a Cell C shop. Only to find that the wrong contact is still in place an they can not assist me? So all that happened in 3 working days, is empty promises and nothing happened. This is not the service I expected as n loyal 10 year client from my serviceprovider.

I would also like to know what is going to happen with the 3 months premiums that was taken from my account for the contract I did not agreed on. Am I going to be credited or refunded?
