Wrongly debited cost - ******** and *******

I have a data contract with Cell C which is capped at R200 per month, i went in twice to their outlets as the amount debited from my account were much higher than the capped amount. After my third visit and this continually wrong amounts debits i cancelled my contract with these *****s that cannot get a simple thing right. I was told by the customer service department that there is definitely a cap on my account and they cannot understand why i am debited more... In addition they infuriated me by saying that they will escalate this to the billing department and get back to me in 48 hours, bunch of *****, no response to date from these *********** bunch. i would not recommend them to anyone as they have inconvenience me. I want all the extra charges that they have billed me incorrectly for the last couple of months refunded.
