Wrongly blacklisted

I had a contract with cell c 7 years back.i canceled the contract but they continue billing me after send the several proofs that I canceled my contract, They end up blacklisting me.I paid them the outstanding amount but I'm still blacklisted. I sent proof of payment several times.
