Wrongfully invoiced
So after writing a bad review I finally got assisted and my router was collected a week after that I receive an invoice.
I CANCELLED THE CONTRACT, THE ROUTER WAS COLLECTED, IT WAS NEVER OPENED OR USED. Today I received an invoice for July, what the hell am I being invoiced for? I didn't use the damn thing, I phoned about a million times to cancel the contract and I was told it would be cancelled as soon as they get the router back. The router was collected, what is the problem now? I am not paying for something I didn't use and no longer have in my possesion.
