Wrongfully informed

I called for an upgrade on Wednesday the 3rd May and it was indicated that the handset will be delivered today Friday the 05th May. To my surprised I received a call from the upgrade team informing me that I am up for upgrade which was surprised because I did upgrade already. I called back and I was informed that it will take 3 to 7 working days for the phone to be delivered yet I am expecting it today. It’s really disappointing that no delivery will be done today and very unprofessional that we are wrongfully informed .
