Wrongfully debited and blacklisted

Cell c doesn't even deserve a rating. Their way of conducting business and treating clients are absolutely shameful. We follow procedures and pay amounts we told to pay to cancel a contract but cell c feels the need to still debit, still blacklist yet the contract was canceled months ago. As a customer we go into cell c stores for this query as phoning the call centre is a waste of time, we get no help and speak to unhelpful people in the store and at the call centre. Out of desperation we contacted them via messenger on Facebook still of no use. There is no way of communicating with cell c!
