Wrongfully Debited
On the 15th of March 2015, I went to a Cell C store and I asked for a settlement amount and they gave me an amount of R966.00 and I explained to them that I was not cancelling the contract but I was paying in advance for the remainder of my contract.<br> <br> I'm now suprised to see that Cell C has debited from my bank account. I need a quick resolution to this matter because the call centre is sending me from pillar to post, they are unable to explain why was I debited.
