Wrongfully debit date

Extremely poor level of service I spoke to 5 supervisors and 5 managers no one can help cell c sent me a massage on the 9th of December asking to debit my account early for December I rep**** yes to there sms giving them permission they than sent me a sms saying my debit order will be going off on the 25th December which is my normal debit date so now cell c has permission for two dates they can debit cell c Than decides to go into my account on the 27th December a date not agreed on so I was under the impression my account was debited already either the 19th or the 25th December but instead they want in my account on the 27 which my account is in a minus now as the debit order bounced so now they are now they trying to cover up there track saying the query was resolved were no one called me or sent n massage saying it has be resolved I have all the sms and proof stating negligence on cell c side
