Wrongfully blacklisted
Cell C black listed me without having a contract with them. They blacklisted me with Experian and this is causing HUGE problems for me. I called the legal department and the gentleman that assisted me helped me in no way. He gave me a number for Credit Vetting that does not exist. Surely this is ******* to black list someone that does not have a account with Cell C? I will be going to the ombudsman to inform them of Cell C's ******* activities.

Please send us an affidavit stating that you have never app**** for a contract with Cell C and include a copy of your ID and your bank statement to *** and our ***** department will investigate the matter and close the account.

20 Nov 2019, 09:03I called Cell C after receiving the news from Experian that I apparently owe them money. The Call Centre Agent refused to put me through to their Legal department as I do not have a Cell C contract or telephone number. How must I resolve this if your call centre staff refuse to help me. Just as I thought I was finished with Cell C you do this!!!!! What the hell do you people do, as clearly you are not doing your JOB!!!!

I called Cell C after receiving the news from Experian that I apparently owe them money.
