Wrongfully blacklisted

I was blacklisted by Cell C back in 2013. I was told that i had been a victim of *****. Someone bought 2 cellphones using my ID which I lost. I went to Cell C and reported the matter and months later my name was cleared. 3 years later, I'm back to being blacklisted again for the same problem. I've never bought a cellphone from Cell C nor ever made an enquiry with the mobile line. I am being inconvenienced and every application i make is being declined because of this. Please assist in clearing my name for good, I can't keep going through this every 3 years, I feel it's unfair.
