Wrongfully billed over specified limit
<p>on 22/03/2017 i took out 2 contacts one a pinical 100 and the other a Smart data 2GB. i specified a R200 limit on my pinical and a R1 limit on the Samrt data at Cell C shelly beach. This was noted on the contract and i signed acnowledgement of this (contcacts as proof) . To my supprise i received a R 5550.02 bill for my Smart data 2GB that has a R1 limit. This is unacceptable and there is no way i will be paying this amount. I am a good customer of Cell C with 4 contracts with plans to take out another on. Although this incompetance has caused me alot of stress and i will re think stayng with Cell C.</p>
