Wrongfull handover whist contract obligations was fulfilled

Cell C You better phone me *** handing me over whilst my contract ended end june last payment 1 july was debited. Im confused as to how you get to ssda? Your Cell C acc. Ref *** has been handed over to SSDA. Contact SSDA on *** to avoid possible further action

As advised telephonically, your contract line *** ) will be cancelled and converted to prepaid on the 06/07/2021.

Your last payment will be in July 2021 the full subscription for the full benefits that will be allocated on the 01/07/2021.

Any Out Of Bundle Usage incurred between the 01st and 06th July 2021 before the contract is cancelled will be billed in August 2021.

THE DATA CONTRACT WAS NEVER USED AFTER 25 JUNE 2021 AS IT WAS FINISHED AND LOCKED WHEN THE DATA WAS USED UP THAT WAS ALLOCATED 15 JUNE. SORT OUT YOUR ****JN **** AS I PHONED CELL C TODAY AND WAS HANDED FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NEXT NOBODY COULD ASSIST ME!
