WRONGFUL LISTING WITH ITC

I received an email from a set of attorneys stating that I have an outstanding amount for Cell C. They investigated the matter and confirmed that there is no contract in place and they have closed my case and referred the matter back to Cell C. I then received notification from FNB that I have a bad record registered with ITC due to my Cell C outstanding account - which account?<br> <br> On trying to resolve this with Cell C - not an easy task I can assure you. After speaking to 3 difference consultants who all confirmed I do not have an account with them I am told by the last one to please go to my nearest Cell C store take 3 months bank statements, my ID and proof of residence so they can sort this out. SAY WHAT?<br> <br> I asked to be put through to their head of finance but alas just get cut off all the time.<br> <br> HOW UNFAIR AND UNJUST IS THIS? How does one go about resolving an issue like this?
