Wrongful insurance sold

When I got my cellphone I was given insurance by a c insure agent. Was promised that first claim access would be R350 and I would get a phone between R10 000 and R12 000. They have been deducting R175 per month and when I try to claim a year later, for the first time, my access is now 15% and not R350 and I can only claim for R8 000 and some change as \ this is the current value of my phone."Why are you selling insurance if you are going to change the terms during the claim. I called and was on hold for 20 mins and then your call center was closed. I really don't appreciate your treatment and I'm utterly disgusted. This has been going on for a month. I don't get replies when I contact you. What kind of a company is this? """
