wrongful deduction

Can Cel C stop deducting funds from my bank account as I've cancelled my contract and settled the account. My bank account was wrongfully deducted on the 25/7/2015. What I won't do is waste my time phoning customer service's, to be asked a number of security questions and not get the help I need. just pay the funds back into my bank account and cancel the debit order instruction.
