Wrongful deduction

<p>I app**** for a cell c contract in August the very same month I returned their Sony expiria as it was faulty ,I made a follow up on the case for cancellation the contract was cancelled on the 3rd of September and the phone was taken in August to my surprise on the 27th of September my account was debited with an amount of 249 for a phone that I never even used I logged a complaint the very same day forever making follow up they send me from pillar to post I was advised that I will be refunded and it will take 7 business days that was begging of October up to date I have not received my money .Cell c are ****** as when I took that contract I was told that I won't be debited until I have the phone with me yet the very same day of delivery an amount 58 was debited from my account meaning in total cell c owes me 301 or so .my defence number is ********** 229.</p>
