Wrong Price given on my favorite phone

Good day

I have a consumer related complain. I have been invited to be a customer of cellc with one of the phone I wished to own which was "S22 ultra" which I knew I was not affording as it used to be R1000 now when the Social media Team said the phone is available for R599. I thought I should sign up for a contract.

After talking to Karabo Tshabalala and his Team leader that deal never existed. The company and the implicated staff should get me the closure on this deal.

I have already promised my partner that Cellc is offering us a SAMSUNG S22 ultra at R600 per month.
