Wrong phone delivered due to lack of customer serv

At the end of Oct 2015 i decided to take a contract with cell c, i spoke to a lady named Refiloe on the phone she was so unprofessional and didnt care to listen to me, the call lasted about two minutes as she was in a hurry she didnt even bother to read the terms and conditions to me and i told her that i want gold huawei p8 and then she just said she will tell them, my question them who? okay she hanged up without even saying proper good bye nor say what will happen from hanging up, okay in a few days the phone was delivered but a white one which i didnt as for it. I send it back and she phoned so i told her that i do not want white and then she says color is not guaranteed, i mean she did not say that to me on sale, i told her i want the gold one as i mentioned on sale, till today i am still waiting and i have the tablet which was part of the package, please note that if my needs can not be met, kindly give me the value og the tablet and i will pay it as i have already opened it(i will pay it cash and close the deal as i did not want to have a tablet but a phone). do listen to the call because the lady is so not professional.
