Wrong phone blacklisted! Now I must solve this!

My phone & Tablet got ****** last year. I went to Cell C to report it. I have completed the forms.<br> Nothing was blacklisted as promised by the staff of Cell C.<br> <br> I phoned 2 weeks ago, done everything with all the detail and they have blacklisted the wrong phone, the one that I am still using!!!<br> For me to unblock this I need to go to the police station and make an affidavit !!!<br> Why must I took off from work to go to the police station because Cell C is too *********** to do anything right!!<br> I ask the girl that day if she was sure that she has the correct phone!!! I think they do this deliberately...or they can't do their job.<br> Although I have 4 contracts with Cell C I use MTN. So please phone me on my MTN number!<br> <br> Thank you. <br> Louise Jacobs
