Wrong phone
I was contacted by an intermediary of Cell C to upgrade my son's contract. Chose the phone,specified the color, and got what i didn't ask for. To top it off, no-one responds except to ask which contract number my query pertains to, to which i responded on the 25th Feb. To date, not one call or answer back. Today, 27/02 i am told the intermediary is not "responsible" for the handset dispatched by Cell C, and Cell C of course does not reply, even when i say that if this is not sorted out, I will cancel this upgrade. Can someone take this seriously please? I've only been your client for longer than 5 years, but this can change very quickly

11 Apr 2019, 12:36I am still struggling to get this matter resolved. This incorrect handset was collected from me on the 19/03/2019 and delivered to Cell C Midrand. Cell C's cancellations department can't say who signed for the parcel which was collected from me.Nor can they cancel this contract until the handset is back on their system. I understand this. However, according to Cell C, it takes 3 business days. It is now going in for a month since this handset was collected and still no resolution to this matter. Spoke to Lavird at Cancellations on 09/04/2019 and was told that he would investigate. received a call back on morning of 11/04/2019 to say he would have an answer for me by close of business on 10/04/2019. I am still wating. Tried to get hold of the Cancellations department and after holding on for almost 20 minutes, decided that this is definitely not worth the time. please can Lavird or his manager, or his manager's manager get this resolved or i will take it further
