Wrong person on contract - *****!

In Sept 2015 I kept getting debts against my account from Cell C, I went in to Cell C to explain that I do not have a contract with them and I had to reverse my debts. They were off line and said that they will contact me. 2 Days later they phoned me and said that I do have a contract, I once again explained, then I was told that a investigation will be done and a complaint at headoffice - it would take 2 months.<br> now Feb 2016 - I received a call stating that I have not payed my account (In meantime I know they have tried to debt my account as well as usual). I took time off work once again to go into the Kollonade Montana branch, explained once again it is not my account, I have never had a Cell C contract. I went to the SAP to open a case, it was faxed and emailed to them. They dont seem to understand it is not me, after they did in Dec 2015 discover that someone is using my name.<br> Now they want a certified copy of my ID, I do refuse this as I do not trust this situation, I am for sure they will use it and say it matches 'my contract'.<br> This really has to be solved, and I am worried because of ***** not is not my mistake I will be blacklisted, which I will take further.
