Wrong package delivered

I am still not happy with the overall response from Cell C ,2 Media Consultants from CellC called me in regards to the wrong package matter ,Long conversation but still no outcome .I still haven't received the cellphone .I don't know how much longer must I wait because this has been frustrating long month
