wrong package and no feed back

I upgraded my contract , it was confirmed that is Pinnacle 500 over the phone and the individual subscriber agreement was sent to me, to my surprise I never receive the correct package, when I called the customer care was told that is a Pinnacle 50 as recorded on their pc, how ever was advised that I should log a call , I did that REF: ********** 164 so that they investigate, it will take 3 working days it is more than 5 days nothing has been done I called twice to make a follow up , 1st call was told they waiting a for recording, why does it take so long to get a recording, today 2nd call im told that no remarks on my query, they still have sent me Pinnacle 50 package, Im tired of the wait Cell C , please sort your mess out, I am not the one who messed up, why should I suffer now?? can you please send me the correct deal , I know you will be telling me you cant find the recording so will make things easy for you guys, see below : copied from individual subscriber agreement :::
