Wrong package

I was sold a contract line from cellc,when it was delivered i got 3lines of which they were all open lines i never requested.I was told of top up ,i was then billed almost R3000 of which cellc deducted R2000 after i opened a case.They said must pay the balance and return the fones to any cellc store then the contract will cancelled to my surprise i owe another R4900 before they can cancel.What do i do with3 lines from cellc.The call recording are no were to be found i feel i was ****** and conned.
