Wrong Order and after 5 months still deducting Money from me

<p>I am sooo frustrated with Cell C. I have ordered in March 2016 a Samsung tablet which they had advertise at that stage for R99.00 per month for my kid. They send me the wrong tablet, i have phoned them immediately, informing them of the wrong order received. 29/03/2016 Ram Coerriers come and collect the wrong tablet from me, and Cell C assured me that within 5 to 7 working days somebody will phone me. A long story short, Cell C deducted since March 2015 the premium for the wrong tablet, I have phone them so many times, and every time somebody else promise me to sort this out for me. According to their system, they haven't received the tablet yet, and then the warehouse confirm the tablet is there, and then they will stop the debit order. 5 months later...still nothing!!! I'm sooo fustrated with them, this is worst service i have every seen in my life!!!!</p>
