wrong order and added benefits without my permission

I received a terrible service from cell c. I have been with cell c for 4 years now. I took out a contract telephonically with cell c on the 30th of may , I spoke to Themba from sales department. I told him that I want the new Huawei P20 Pro and when I received my order on the 3rd of June it was just the Normal Huawei P20 and not the P20 Pro, I called in and complained about it coz he mislead me, he didn't give me the correct information and I told him what I wanted but he gave me what he gave what I never wanted. Themba then apologised and I decided to take the phone and not take the matter further, to make the matter worse now he added out of bundles datas and airtime which i didn't even agree to take, now am going to pay R1000, double my instalment because of consultants who cant do their job. firstly I got the wrong order and now secondly they added things I didn't agree/ give them permission to. I don't want this phone anymore, I don't care how your going to solve this, but Themba must be dealt with. am honestly not happy with the service I received and please kindly assist and solve this coz am not going to pay double for a wrong order.
