Wrong numbers! No Answers ! Bad Service !!

for 3 days now I have been trying to get hold of Cell C Legal department, I have phoned 3 different branches that gave me the head Office Number, they are all wrong and do not exist !!! , I finally got through to head office's receptionist and asked her to please put me through to the Legal Department ! she proceeded to put me through , where the phone just rand and rang and rang !! I must of tried 20 times yesterday !!! this morning I phoned again thinking it would be better in the morning, when the lady answered I asked told her, I have been trying since yesterday to get put through to the legal department , so she said sorry and said she would put me through to the manager !! and no one answered , the phone just rang and rang and went back to switchboard and transferred again 3 times!!! I am trying to get my account settled with them urgently , and no one is answering me !! I need details on how much my settlement fee will be !! along with the payment details !! I honestly wont even be surprised if I don't get feed back from this message, I honestly wont !!
