wrong number on contract

i ordered a contract with my existing number they send me my device with a sim that has a new number i called cellc again today with no luck i cant believe that our cellphone industry is so bad i have dealt with telkom vodacom mtn and now cellc and each time it turns in to a big fight and I land up lossing my number and i have to send my new number to all my customers and i cant afford that know again
