Wrong Name on Application
Good day
I have been trying to get hold of the agent that assisted me yesterday with my application and approval of the contract since early this morning to no avail.
The name Hermans which was captured on my application is WRONG. My full name is Jenson Button as per my Smart ID since 2017. I can not get hold of this agent since 08h00 this morning to get this error corrected. Please can you assist me urgently.

I might not have heard corre tly from the agent regarding contacting me on Thursday again, i heard sometng about a credit score, but as far as i know my credit score with experian XDS was fine i pay my bills way in time.. i managed to do a sim swop and my cell no is ***.
