Wrong information given

<p>I have 3 contracts with Cell C. I phoned Cell C about 3 weeks ago just to find out when I am due for upgrades on my 3 contracts. The guy said I am due on the one this year April and the other 2 January and july next year. I decided then to cancel my MTN conctract which expire 18 April 2017 which is today. Because my son can rather use the Cell C contract. I phoned Cell C last week spoke to a lady at custumer care and she said yes I can upgrade she will transfer me to the upgrade department. I spoke to a guy who told me I can only upgrade 2018. Based on the i formation given I cancelled MTN and now my son is without a phone. That guy promised me that his Manager will phone me the next day. Which never happened. They just dont care. I am a client for very long with a cell phone account over R2000 every months. But I do think must rather go to MTN or Vodacom. </p>
