wrong information

Good Day<br> <br> I and my Wife decided to cancel our Vodacom contracts and move over to Cell C(Buy out deals, myself is on pinnacle 2 and my wife on pinnacle 1)Now as Cell C states they are the best in internet downloading and signal. By all means, that is not true. on my way to Rustenburg 95% off the time I have edge signal on my Cell C phone, but on my Vodacom tablet I have H+ and 4G, at some places I don't even have signal, then my vodacom is on H+. IOW the signal is very poor and downloading speed is very very poor, did not expect this from a provider which states they are better compared to the rest.<br> <br> another thing, Cell C sim only prices are fair and good, but when adding a device, it becomes remarkably expensive. I and my wife did want a new device with the buy out but with such a high pricing, it was not possible at all.<br> <br> we decided to get a sim only contract to test Cell C on what they advertise, but I must say I am regretting this decision.<br> <br> can we get the network and signal to a reasonable high, as well the downloading speed?<br> can you lower the prices when adding a device, as a upgrade will not be possible with this network at such a rate.<br> <br> please get this sorted and revert back
