wrong information

I call by the lady name phelokazi luthuli regarding my contract because I was due for upgrade we did upgrade she said to I will receive j1 and tables on Wednesday I receive j1 only when I call on Thursdays they said thers no such I call call centre nobody assist me martha even drop my call Friday nobody call me I call they said my matter will be escalate to manger of phelokazi but even today nobody call be I said e-mail no respond I never receive bad service like the one I receive at cell c
