Wrong Handset Delivery
Cell C delivered the wrong contract handset on the 19th Feb 2016. I logged a call to them informing them of the wrong handset. Up until now they haven't collected the phone or delivered the correct one. I am calling them everyday and they say they will collect it. That is what they say whenever I log a call to them. I am now stuck with a phone I have never app**** for and can't get the correct one. I am so tired of their incompetence! They don't take me serious at all. I even send emails to them complaining but that does not help!
