Wrong handset delivered

On the 1st of February 2016, I did an upgrade telephonically, I was informed that the handset I requested will be delivered within 3-5 working days, a day later I received an email from cell c confirming my upgrade and the information of the new handset, the new handset was delivered and upon opening the box I realised that it was the wrong colour , I looked at the contract retention and it did not correspond to what I had received, called cell c numerous times and was advised that the courier will collect, up until now nothing has happened, I must admit that this type of service is unacceptable and I am really ****ed of with the service from cell c, can someone with higher authority please help me to get answers.
