Wrong goods sent without approval

Ambushed by call center from Cell C before walking into meeting. Told telemarketer wanted terms and conditions emailed to me so that I can read through and see if its acceptable.<br> 4 days later new cell phones arrive without approval and are wrong color, (if you going to take the contracts what colour do you want?)<br> Phone call center, (upgrade center), after complaining, sorry sir cannot hear you properly from Paula and put the phone down???
