Wrong device delivered even after calling them,hustle getting feedback and cancellation

Cell c is the worst.I complained before and now its getting on my nerves because it looks like no one cares.This is tiring because time and money are involved.I have been wasting my airtime calling and sending thousands of emails but still nothing.A contract with a wrong device was created and even after caling them the very same phone was delivered.I waited for 3 days before courier can come to collect the phone and believe you me i was calling and calling getting stupid references.Right now it has been days and i havent gotten any feedback from the warehouse because apparently the phone must be checked if its in good condition.The lady whom i asked why it should be checked although i hadnt even switched it on let alone touch the accesories asked if the box was open,so how on earth was i supposed to take out the sim card from the box if the box must be sealed.Yazin i want to cancel my contract and that wont happen till i hear something from the warehouse or whatever place the phone was taken to.I tried calling today and still after 3 hours their lines are down.And also the debit for R129 something that went off even though im not using your services nor phone what was it for.well i reversed it because the consultant i spoke to did not even have a clue what she was speaking about.Right now i need cell to just give me feedback,tell me what do to with their sim card and assure me there is no money they will debit because i want nothibng to do with them.I will try somewhere else.
