Wrong device delivered even after calling them
Cell c has got to be the most frustrating service provider one can choose.I regret the day i decided to get a contracct with them.I dont think my desperation served me any purpose.I called them alerting them that the agreement i received is wrong,the device on the document is not right still it was delivered two days after that.I have to wait for them to come collect the phone heaven knows when that will be.They have to talk with their agents ,something is not right.

15 Apr 2019, 11:45Now i am waiting for feedback from the warehouse and it has been days.can i please just get that out of the way so that i can cancel my contract.I do not want to pay for a device i dont have nor services i am not using aseblief.
