WRONG DEVICE AND BAD SERVICE

I app**** for a device and they delivered the wrong one. After returning the device, I do a follow up they fail to cancel the wrong order and deliver the correct one. Its been two weeks now and I'm still doing a follow up. Talk about a ****py service. S
