WRONG DEVICE AGAIN!!!!
After delivering me a wrong handset, they did it again, delivered a wrong handset. this tis it's even worse. It's a an outdated CAT B15Q!!<br> <br> It took them two weeks to collect the first wrong handset, and I had to wait for another two weeks for them to deliver the handset I app**** for, CAT S40 Dual SIM. To my shock and disappointment it was a WRONG handset AGAIN!!!!<br> <br> Am so disgusted by the level of their incompetence. How on earth do you deliver wrong handsets twice in a wrong to the same address? And the irritating thing is that it is a very long process! I will have to wait for almost 30 days again! <br> <br> I would appreciate if the supervisor contact me this time.
