WRONG DEBIT ORDER DATE - INCREASED INSTALMENT

I took out a data contract with CellC on July 2014, of which the monthly installment was R189, to be debited on the 25th of every month. But to my surprise, they have now started deducting R199 on the 23rd of each month which in itself is a bridge of a contact.
They added R10 to my monthly installment without communicating to me and are costing me huge chunks of cash in bank charges for returned debit orders.

When i called call centre to complain, they show no interest or remorse or even to give an explaination. The only thing they care to say is that they will change the date of the debit order to the correct one. I am not happy i want them to pay me for the bank charges - returned debit orders.
