Wrong debit order date

Hi

Not so long ago i made a review about my frustration with cell c. I never got a response from the last person that called me about my review. She promise to send response even took my email. While m waiting for that response a debit order went off today 19/10/2021 of R299.00 and my debit order date is the 20th and i dont have money now in my account. If i reverse this my line will be suspended and i will be charged R70.00. So frustrating, can someone plz take responsibilty and accountabilty to sort out this please. I always have money on the 20th becuase thats when my salary is paid.
