Wrong Debit Order amount, yet again!!!

I have lost count of the number of calls I have made to Cell C regarding a debit order amount we have not agreed on. Every month it is the same thing "This is the last month we debiting this amount" and every month after that I'm back on the line talking to different agents, some who even drop the line in my ear. I am over this, and it's Saturday morning today and I have to wake up with this level of frustration and hurt!!! January I spoke to Lerato (Ref ***), Feb I spoke to Keneilwe who reports to Hlengiwe, I have spoken to a Musa and many more agents in between... I have no last names because "they are not allowed to give last names" Why? Why must I still be dealing with this today! Was it my mistake to take the phone contract through you people! 11 Jan I sent an email to customer care... All my attempts have been in vain because here we are today!! What do I have to do for you to do your jobs?? Why am I being inconvenienced for your incompetence? You don't stop calling to offer me products every month, but you cannot resolve one issue I have for months now?? Months! This world is cold and full of ****s... ****s by big companies to small people who are just trying to get by.
